SMART 2013.6 – Message : Jurina and Kumi
(I feel like I just want to translate it. My Japanese skill is not the best so it might be some error point. Please correct me if you find one.)To KUMI
I was saddened on your decision to graduate but I also want to support your decision!
We are always Senbatsu member together. Because we are in close age and get along really well, I do have a lonely feeling by this but the “I want to support Kumi from now on” feeling is even bigger. We have been active as SKE48 member for 5 years. I was saddened on your decision to graduate from the group. But I also want you to move forward with your own decision. With the graduation of Kumi and several members this spring, SKE will have a lot of big change. But we can’t stay with this environment forever. Many members will have a chance to show their appeal. It will become the power to make the group going up as a whole. I also want fans to open for this change as well. I want the group to be so awesome that one day Kumi will think that “It would be better if I didn’t graduated”. That’s what the group I wan t it to be!
To Jurina
Because the strong girl Jurina is here. SKE48 from now on will be alright!
Jurina and I spend time together since the beginning. When she got in SKE48, she became center immediately, to play the permanent role, running with top speed forward. With me closely look at you, I really think that you’re awesome. Whether anxiety or hardship feelings you have. You can’t show those emotions. Whether you have to face something, you just keep fighting with all your heart. I really respect you from the bottom of my heart. You were such a strong girl since the old days. But now you have become even stronger. Because Jurina is here, SKE48 will definitely be alright. But you always work too hard on everything. I just want you to remember that you should slow yourself down a little. The member around you is also growing up, so you should rely on them more as well. With that SKE48 will definitely grow well. Then, I will keep watching Jurina being her nature self as a fan from now on!

Dear Mari-chan. Happy birthday. I am really indebted to you for taking care of me all the time. It’s great that I can write a letter to you because I received a wonderful letter from you at my birthday stage. Mari-chan, you are like an elder sister for me.
But when I say that, you always respond with “Nope, Jurina, I am your younger sister!” And I love that mischievous side of you.
But quite honestly, I’ve considered you as my sister since when we first met at the filming of Ogoe Diamond.
Because you were the first person who talked to me when I was in need for help, and when I had no idea what was going on.
You pushed my back forward when I stopped moving because I didn’t know the position I should dance. I am always helped by you.
Nothing has changed and you still help me a lot. You are always kind and give sincere advice to me.
Just the fact you are with me makes me feel at ease.
Sounds like you’re my elder sister after all, doesn’t it?
But sometimes I think that because you are already enjoying a thriving solo career, maybe it won’t be long before you graduate…
But when we talked about “Challenge us with the determination to crush us” , the line from your election speech last year, you said you will stay in AKB not for yourself but for your juniors. You said you want to be here to defend your juniors.
You know, I still can’t do anything alone. I am lost without you. So please stay here with me until I’m grown up. Please promise me.
At this point, my hands have started to get tired, so I think I should finish this letter LOL
You are sweet, beautiful but at the same time, love pranks like poking in the forehead and being mean, and I love everything about you.
